Andrea is the founder and practitioner of La Sur Wellness & Co.

Since 2001 Andrea Barnes has worked and studied within the healthcare industry with continued commitment and dedication to her patients, community, and career. Since entering the healthcare industry Andrea’s mindset and work ethic enabled her to provide the best patient care possible, be a leader and role model within the communities she served, and continuously pursue professional development opportunities. Andrea entered the healthcare industry as a Healthcare Aide in 2001, completed her Registered Nurse diploma in 2011, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019, and is currently in her final year of her Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner program.

Calvin Pelletier is a lifetime resident of Thunder Bay with over twenty years of experience in family medicine, palliative care and end-of-life care in Ontario, and various remote locations throughout northern Manitoba, Nunavut, NWT and Yukon. He holds several certifications in various areas. 

Calvin believes in creating a patient-practitioner relationship based on mutual respect, trust, and open, honest communication.

Courtney is a passionate medical aesthetician with over 4 years of experience. She is dedicated to helping others feel comfortable and confident in their skin. Courtney earned her Medical Aesthetics Diploma from the School of Natural Medical Aesthetics in Saskatchewan. Her mission is to provide personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty while ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients. Courtney believes that everyone deserves to feel their best, and she’s here to make that happen!

Since 2014 Haley has worked as a nurse specializing in areas such as medical and emergency. Haley has always been drawn to the field of aesthetics and is excited to expand her skills by learning the latest techniques in Botox/fillers and other aesthetic treatments. Haley is also a certified lash tech and is the face behind Blink Lash Extension Co.
